When stressed just give it back to the universe ... breathe deeply and release the stress.
I have been practicing this for years thanks to a good friend ... does it work? No, not really. But today was a bit different.
While driving to work this morning stress was eating me alive. So I decided to take a different approach. I stopped my car and got out. I walked to the side of the road. I just started yelling about what was bothering me ... I gave all the anger and frustration back to the universe.
Here, take it, I don't want it.
