STOP. CRAPPING. OUT. ON. ME!
I am too young to be this tired. Seriously, I supply you with food and take a daily supplement to help you along. But you consistently fail me. Even CJ and Carter know mommy has to take a nap... 3-4 hours at a clip. They are 2 and 3- they are the ones needing the nap.
I beg of you, Knock it off! I feel as if I am sleeping my life away.
Thank you in advance for your cooperation

justify
Have you ever noticed that you can justify just about anything while you are driving? Take this for example. I’m driving along and come to a pedestrian crosswalk. Two women are standing looking left, right, left, right over and over. They are undoubtedly undecided when to cross. I proceed – in my mind they were just not ready to cross. My mind is KAAAA RAAA ZEEEE though – I saw them flip me the bird in my rear view mirror!

Wii ...
I'm a slacker - I mean a really big slacker. Scott bought me the Wii and I was using it. I haven't touched it in 2 weeks. It's depressing - even my 'mii' is a porker.
eye of the storm
I know you all know what I'm talking about
the calm between the storm? when you know it's coming but just don't know when? Waiting anxiously for it to hit?
Ahhhh, last night. The eye of the storm was just too calm. There is normally no peace until CJ and Carter are asleep. I live for the chaos so please don't misunderstand.
All the:
"uh,Mommy","I want juice","I'm hungry","OUTSIDE!" and the squealing, tumbling, knocking each other over, not sharing, fighting over bikes, climbing on each other was non-existent.
I was a bit leery but figured the boys had a tiring day - they spent quite some time at the park with Grandma and our nanny Anna.
BATH TIME ...
CJ "ahhh, mommy bath?"
Me "yes, mommy bath tonight"
Woo hoo - we all run up the stairs and walk down the hall. It becomes a very long walk for CJ ... he is slowly staggering ...
TAKE COVER - BATTEN DOWN THE HATCHES
CJ and I struggle - He is verbally and physically clear in NO WAY does he want a bath! I try to put him in - he swings legs back out - stiff as a board - try again - kicks the water and trys to climb back out. By this time I tell him, you are dirty and need a bath - even if you have to stand up .... AHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH - standing screaming I take a cup to pour water over his head - whack - it is out of the ballpark folks ... I mean the entire bathroom wet - I try again - whack - I'm drenched
FYI: In the end he was clean

Febreeze it
CJ got into to some smelly fun yesterday. Mind you he is 3 now. I was cooking dinner and he went into the bathroom. Now I know he isn't going potty - he refuses. When I got a moment I walked towards the door. All I hear is shhhhhh....shhhhh...shhhhhh... and something dropped.
Huh, now dead silence. I am thinking he knows he is caught. My guess is he is standing there looking at what I assumed was an empty aerosol can.
Yup, he took the can of Febreeze air freshener and had doused the bathroom in it. The walls were full of graffiti. The rug on the floor soaked, the tile floor slick as ice, you get the idea. As I grabbed the can he says "Mommy smell, yummy". The fumes were nauseating ... um, yummy?
It's been over 16 hours ... I scrubbed the bathroom, washed the rug and towels, opened the window and guess what ... the smell is still permeating the inside of my nose.

It's been along time
The summer got away from me ... too much going on and not enough energy. Now that my oldest is back in school I am hoping to focus on this blog... if any of you knew me well you'd laugh... I NEED to find the time to devote to this... I never have enough time.
What time I ask myself? How many hours in the day? What needs to be done? Can I spare some time? What if I fall behind in my schedule? Ughhhh, mental health check time .... yup, I need to make the time.
The stress of it all.
